Project Name:  FNBA New Channel Branch

Location: West 10th Street, Juneau, AK

Owner:  First National Bank Alaska

Project Manager:  Chad Strong & Karl Vandor

Scope of Work:  This Project includes the construction of the New Channel Branch for the First National Bank Alaska.  Work consists of all site work, foundations, utilities concrete and structural steel.  The building will be an integrated steel structure with aluminum storefronts and curtain walls, a variety of metal, aluminum and fiberesin composite wall panels and siding.  The interior will see a main stair leading to the second floor made from a combination of steel, concrete, glass panels and either stainless steel or brushed aluminum handrails....cont.

Some office spaces will be made from glass partition walls, a new night depository will be installed, drive through access will still be at this branch as well as a new drive up ATM machine.  Safety deposit boxes will be contained within the newly constructed vault and a safety deposit box room will be made available to banking customers for additional privacy.  The new branch measures up to be approximately 7,785 square feet of space that will not only offer additional offices for the staff, but also provide an open feel by having the area above the teller line open from the 1st floor clear to the 2nd floor faux linear wood ceilings.   The project is slated for completion in August of 2015 which will then lead to the demolition of the existing branch in order to provide additional onsite parking for bank customers.
