Scope of Work:  This Project consists of site clearing and grubbing, over excavation and compacted fill, site drainage and connection of sewer to existing site septic system, extension of water service to new building from existing water source, concrete paving, concrete foundation and retaining wall, steel structure, wood framed load bearing and non-load bearing walls, rain screen metal siding, PVC roofing, fiberglass windows and exterior doors, hollow metal interior door frames, wood interior doors, interior finishes, casework, building accessories, toilet accessories, elevator, radiant floor heating, heat recovery ventilation units, plumbing, lights, power and communications.
